Born in Okayama in 1978. After attending Seiki Elementary School, Koki Junior High School, and Okayama Asahi High School, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Shizuoka University. He also obtained teaching licenses for junior high school (Social Studies) and high school (Civics), establishing a solid foundation in law and education.
Throughout his career in the telecommunications industry, administrative support roles, and staffing companies, he actively used his English skills to assist many foreign clients. He provided support in daily life matters, contracts, and administrative procedures. These experiences became the basis for his later work in supporting foreign residents, visa applications, and housing assistance.
In 2009, he opened Share House Löwenherz, offering housing and community support for foreign residents in Okayama. Through this work, he recognized the importance of professional administrative services and the need for accessible support for non-Japanese residents.
In 2021, he achieved a TOEIC score of 915 and passed the Administrative Scrivener (Gyoseishoshi) examination. He subsequently opened the Administrative Scrivener Kiyoto Nakahara Office, providing services such as visa applications, vehicle registration, export cancellation procedures, and comprehensive support for foreign residents.
In 2023, he established Nakahara Real Estate, combining administrative scrivener services with licensed real estate operations. This allows him to offer integrated support for foreign residents, including housing assistance, real estate brokerage, and share house management.
